Structure et avantages du fil traceur CCS

The Structure:

1. PE outer protective layer: insulation, anti-corrosion, waterproof, anti-aging

2. Copper layer: enhance conductivity and improve electrical signal

3. Steel core: enhance the strength of the wire body

The Advantages:

1. Low resistance

General Clad* Tracer Wire is composed of a copper-clad steel wire core and a PE outer protective layer. The copper layer covers the surface of the steel core. Due to the skin effect (for the current in the conductor, the current density near the conductor surface is greater than that inside the conductor Current density), the current is mainly conducted by the copper layer. Because the resistance of copper is very small, the resistance of the General Clad* Tracer Wire is very small, almost equivalent to the wire.

2. High tensile strength

The material of the General Clad* Tracer Wire determines its outstanding performance in tensile strength. The material is copper-clad steel, the steel core is tensile, and the copper layer is conductive. Its tensile strength is above 600N, so it is very conducive to trench-less construction. .
The all-copper material of the tracer wire determines its lower tensile strength. When used for trench-less crossing and conventional laying construction, the probability of breakage is higher.

3. Strong anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties

General Clad* Tracer Wire is made of PE material, which is the same as PE pipe material and has the characteristics of anti-corrosion and aging properties.

The electric wire uses PVC material as the protective layer, and the anti-aging ability of PVC material is not as good as that of PE. It will crack over time and cause the internal metal wire to gradually corrode.
